By using Paperless Fax Delivery*1, faxed documents can be automatically sorted and forwarded without printing.
Manual sorting and organising of received documents are eliminated as they are automatically sorted into folders based on information such as fax number, received date and pre-registered names in multifunction printer’s address book.
You can schedule and switch between paper-based output, forwarding faxes via email or to the cloud*2, ensuring faxed documents are not missed even when you are away from office.

Moreover, by using Workspace on the cloud allows for team collaboration from remote locations. Registered documents can be securely output at remote offices, enabling work from anywhere for greater flexibility.
